Lester

We buried Lester in the milldam lot this morning. He died in his sleep in the goat house. Lester and his twin sister Esther were born 17 months ago on Easter Day 2016. We don’t know the cause of his death, only that he seemed to have less energy the last couple of days. His mother Rainbow died at a young age, too, due to underdeveloped lungs/enlarged heart. Lester had a happy life frolicking with Esther and learning how to butt heads from Mick. I loved seeing Esther and Lester running side-by-side back to their pen in the evening.
