Spring Work Day

We had a pretty nice turn out today despite the oppressive heat.  We began with a lengthy list.

The pig fence got moved and all but set up, the goat fence is mostly set up in the Mill Dam Lot, gardens and flower beds got weeded.

Several families came for camp tours (and some stayed to help!), firewood and brush (see previous Spruce post) were relocated, algae was removed from the Cooling Pond (along with some intense frog appreciation), some folks got to make paneer, the bunkhouses are almost clean, and the shop is mostly set up in the barn.

Jonah-dog chased plenty of sticks, new campers met the animals and gathered eggs, and old friends were reacquainted.  At the end of the day, we checked off a surprising number of tasks!
